Wellbeing Sessions

Looking after you and your teams

We are very pleased to be bringing a wellbeing stream to WordCamp Dublin 2019. It is a first for a camp on the island and is in response to feedback and requests at previous events.

There will be yoga, mindfulness workshops and resilience talks. There will also be an ergonomics session to help you think about how people working in tech can better look after their hands and backs.

All sessions are free to attendees of the WordCamp. Places will be limited to maximise the usefulness of the sessions. No advance booking but there will be a list on the day. We ask attendees to make sure they are at the Wellbeing room at least five minutes before the start of the session to help the flow (for yoga enthusiasts, pun intended).

To accommodate all needs there will be seated yoga options. If you would like to take part in floor exercises during a class, please bring a yoga mat or a suitable towel.
