Wellbeing schedule for WordCamp Dublin

Stop everything!! There will be a wellbeing stream at WordCamp Dublin. This is a first for us but the team felt it would be a fitting addition to our speaker schedule which is packed full of talks and workshops.

Variety of sessions

Sessions planned include mindfulness, yoga, ergonomics, resilience, managing projects to improve your wellbeing and humanising tech. There will also be a session to help you think about how people working in tech can look after better their hands and backs.

Limited number of spaces

All sessions are free to attendees of the WordCamp. Places will be limited to maximise the usefulness of the sessions. Book a place on the day or just turn up. We ask attendees to make sure they are at the Wellbeing room at least five minutes before the start of the session to help the flow (for yoga enthusiasts, pun intended).

Optional Seated or Floor exercises

To accommodate all needs there will be seated yoga options. If you would like to take part in floor exercises during classes which will offer this, please bring a yoga mat or a suitable towel. With the help of instructors, the sessions have been designed to make sure there is something for everyone to be able to join and particularly aimed at those who work long days using computers and mobile devices.
