Paul Scollon is a Technical Officer at Dundalk Institute of Technology, primarily responsible for the day-to-day delivery of web-based IT services to students in the Department of Computing and Mathematics. He also teaches a WordPress Beginners’ nightclass at DkIT and runs a small web development business in the \u2018real\u2019 world (WordPress is used as the base of all website projects). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Paul uses GNU\/Linux and open source software exclusively to create the solutions required by lecturers in class. He carries what he has learned to his own business, altFIRE Technologies, thus keeping costs down for clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
