On Friday 18 September 2019, WordCamp Dublin will be hosting workshops with DCU aimed at introducing students at the university to SEO and e-commerce within the WordPress environment. We hope this introduction to the community will encourage them to be part of the local and global WordPress eco-system in the future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are also able to offer a limited number of tickets to WordCamp attendees who are new to WordPress. This event will be part of marking Digital Citizenship Week and helping foster skills and highlight opportunities for how using tech can make a difference, from cause websites to blogs sharing hobbies and reducing isolation. WordPress provides a platform for the citizen to engage in the digital world and through this improve understanding, create and strengthen communities, innovate, and work together through the spirit of open source to make a tool available to everyone, even better. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
