Dublin has an excellent reputation as one of the best cities in the world to host any kind of conference. I think one of the reasons for that is that the city is absolutely buzzing right now.
Hundreds of tech companies from all over the world have made Dublin their home in Europe. As a result, our tech ecosystem has grown rapidly, and the indigenous tech sector has never been as strong as it is now.
Dublin has always been a spot to come to for a city break with tons of pubs and to experience the craic. But the last ten years have seen Dublin transform itself on all fronts. Continue reading “3 must-dos if you’ve never been in Dublin before – #WCDUB 2017”
WordCamp Dublin 2017 is going to be loaded with amazing talks, workshops, and experiences. It’s a place to exchange ideas, learn new things, and connect with different members of the WordPress Community.
And to add to those experiences we will have a WP Help Desk this year! The WP Help Desk (formerly “Happiness Bar”) is a desk staffed by volunteer WordPress experts where you can ask questions and get help on a 1-to-1 basis.
The WP Help Desk is great place to get hands on help and answers to your pressing WordPress questions. It’s not where we hand out stickers and swag. It’s not the place where we serve refreshments. It’s the place for you to get the WordPress solutions you need from people who genuinely want to help.

Those who purchase their tickets after then *might* still get a T-shirt but this is not guaranteed. There might be some leftover, and this will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Continue reading “Buy your #WCDUB ticket before Sat 30th to get your free T-shirt”
